TROLLING JOBU ® is the ultimate trolling hook for big game fishing. Many fishermen
have used stainless hooks for trolling due to corrosion resistance. High Carbon hooks are superior in all other ways, including strength by diameter, which means better hook up ratios due to smaller wire diameters. The Trolling Jobu® includes Rustop™ attached to its shank, which acts as a sacrificial anode to attract corrosion away from points and other areas. Rustop™ extends the life of high carbon hooks up to 75%, allowing anglers to troll for days with the same hook. Unlike stainless hooks, the Trolling Jobu® will eventually “rust out”, improving fish mortality rates. Features include a Cutting Point® and a corrosion-resistant vacuum-tinned finish.
